Booking Terms

1. Booking confirmation

• A booking is only confirmed after written confirmation and payment agreement.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking details.

2. Seasons and rates

• High Season: June 1 to September 30.
• Low Season: October 1 to May 31.
• Rates may vary by stay type, date, and number of guests.

3. Minimum stay

• High Season: minimum 3 nights.
• Low Season: minimum 2 nights.
• Small groups: minimum 3 nights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment

• Payment is completed through approved methods after consultation.
• Reservations are secured only after payment as agreed.

5. Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
• 50% charge between 29 and 14 days before check-in.
• 100% charge within 14 days before check-in.

6. No-party policy

• This location is designed for peaceful, respectful stays.
• Parties, loud gatherings, and disruptive events are not allowed.
• In case of rule violation, access or stay may be refused or ended without refund.

7. Respect

• Guests must respect other guests, neighbors, and nature.
• Damage or extra cleaning caused by negligence may be charged.

8. Changes and no-show

• Date changes depend on availability and possible rate differences.
• No-show is non-refundable.
