Booking Terms

1. Booking confirmation
- A booking is only confirmed after written confirmation and payment agreement.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking details.
2. Seasons and rates
- High Season: June 1 to September 30.
- Low Season: October 1 to May 31.
- Rates may vary by stay type, date, and number of guests.
3. Minimum stay
- High Season: minimum 3 nights.
- Low Season: minimum 2 nights.
- Small groups: minimum 3 nights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment
- Payment is completed through approved methods after consultation.
- Reservations are secured only after payment as agreed.
5. Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in.
- 50% charge between 29 and 14 days before check-in.
- 100% charge within 14 days before check-in.
6. No-party policy
- This location is designed for peaceful, respectful stays.
- Parties, loud gatherings, and disruptive events are not allowed.
- In case of rule violation, access or stay may be refused or ended without refund.
7. Respect
- Guests must respect other guests, neighbors, and nature.
- Damage or extra cleaning caused by negligence may be charged.
8. Changes and no-show
- Date changes depend on availability and possible rate differences.
- No-show is non-refundable.
